“My family and I had the privilege of eating at your restaurant last Saturday and I am emailing to congratulate you on your steak & kidney pudding. I don’t often see this dish on restaurant menus however when I do what is served is either very small or extremely meagre in terms of content.
Your steak & kidney pudding however was bursting with meat and flavour. I said to my wife as we were travelling home, ‘that was the best steak & kidney pudding I have tasted since my mother made them at home thirty years ago’.”
